“Impressive sales presentation and technical analysis. Very pleased with how system was installed from a technical standpoint. Very pleased with performance of downstairs system. Need to make sure that estimate of how long the install would take is done up-front. Estimates given for arrival of technicians was often missed, sometimes by more than an hour making it difficult to plan personal time and schedule time off-work. In more than one case people would arrive without the needed equipment to address the completion of the job. Made me think about the one hour heating and air commercials I hear on the ticket and how nice that would be. We had both the downstairs and upstairs units replaced. Upstairs problem areas were identified up front (tonnage was too low and return and supply was lacking). After replacement – have struggled to address problem areas identified initially.”
