With a Plumbing Membership, your home’s Plumbing is checked once a year by a Crawford 5-Star Plumbing Technician. Each visit includes:

• Dye testing of water closets for leaks
• Check household water pressure
• Placement of valve guides and shut offs
• Maintenance snaking of ONE of the tub/shower drains
• Visual inspection of all exposed plumbing
• Check drain flow
• Check water heater operation
• Check sump pump operation
• Check household faucets for leaks
